**PRODUCTION LABORER**

We have an immediate opening for Production Laborers at our Prestress and Arcis Divisions! This position has opportunities to advance within the company -- Laborer I, Laborer II, Journeyman, and many other exciting career paths.

Hours are typically Monday-Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, but may vary depending on work load. The candidate must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays, if needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Various tasks required to manufacture high quality precast concrete products used for buildings and bridges

- Making rebar assemblies, setting-up forms for production, cosmetic touchup of blemishes, maintenance of tools and formwork, placing and finishing concrete into forms

- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed

- Other duties assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to operate a variety of hand tools

- Read tape measure and familiar with measurements

- Knowledge of basic math

- Clean driving record

- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen
