* Prepare and serve food and beverages to employees.

**General Summary**The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving food, hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea to LAIKA's employees and visitors.

**Qualifications**

* 0-2 years in food and beverage preparation or customer service.

* Passion for hospitality and coffee.

* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good work ethic with ability to maintain professionalism.

* Ability to work well under pressure and juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

* Food Handler Certification.
