Based in Bend, Oregon, USA, Aquaglide is a global manufacturer in the watersports industry. We share our passion for the outdoors by creating world class paddlesports and aquaparks products for local and global markets. Our tight-knit team is now looking to add an energetic Sales Coordinator.

Under supervision of the Sales Manager, this role provides support to sales operations functions for the Aquaglide brand. Duties include day-to-day responsibility for ensuring a smooth communication flow between sales management, sales reps, and with company internal departments. This role will be key in supporting our global sales teams and distributors while working closely with the Inventory Control & Logistics Coordinator to assure departments are synced up and information flows smoothly.

What youll do

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and various departments to support the day-to-day needs; coordinate and execute sales-related activities by organizing and expediting tasks, coordinating projects, meetings, etc., as well as disseminating information quickly and accurately

Coordinate with all other departments to ensure the sales team has all tools needed to be successful

Play a key role in sales-related material updates, including proofing documents and deliverables for accuracy

Function in an open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged

Assist with various D2C Ecommerce tasks and projects in coordination with Digital Team

Be competent (or learn to be) in Microsoft D365 to access information, create reports and distribute to sales reps and distributors

Support Sales Manager and sales teams with specific projects related to various presentations

Travel to sales meetings and trade shows as required to support corporate sales objectives

Participate in analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends by researching competitive products, campaigns, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities

Work with Marketing Team on distribution of all marketing collateral including promo and POP materials to sales reps and dealers

Perform work duties occasionally outside of traditional hours as needed to ensure success of company and team goals

Be flexible to expand beyond scope of activities listed above to undertake projects to benefit company and team objectives

Bachelors degree preferred, in business, communications, or related field

2-3+ years in comparable role, preferably with outdoor or action sports industry company

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Impeccable written and oral language skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and D365 Suite

Experience with Adobe CS Suite

Interest and ability to learn new platforms, applications, programs, and other professional digital tools

Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management and other employees of the organization
