Reports To: Local Cleaner Manager

About the job: We are looking for detail-oriented, self-motivated, personable cleaning professionalspeople who like to clean, have a positive attitude, work hard, and get results. We need someone who is ready to step into a leadership role and train our new cleaners to be successful and meet our WeClean standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Embody the WeClean vision and standard of excellence

* Keep in regular communication with Cleaner Manager

* Track training progress - make sure trainee status is organized and up to date

* Attend regular meetings with Cleaner Manager

* Welcome in new cleaners with a group text including the Cleaning Manager well before their first training:

+ Introduce yourself

+ Make sure they are set up for success (that they know where to go and what to expect and what to bring)

* On Training Day:

+ Arrive early to scheduled training with a Cleaner Welcome Kit

+ Walkthrough the house and break down the plan/procedure/details for the new cleaner

- Help establish their personal cleaning rhythm and routine

- Explain what specific cleaning supplies should be used (where and how)

- Give a room by room breakdown/plan

- Explanation of how WeClean services differ (essential clean vs. deep clean vs. vacation rental)

+ Communicate the WeClean standard following the online WeClean Training Guide

+ After each first training, create a plan with the Cleaner Manager and Trainer Coordinator on the best path forward (Cleaner Manager will update Cleaner Master Sheet and Client Relations team when a new candidate is approved to clean alone) scheduling plans (End of training day recap)

* Stay current on ongoing WeClean policy changes

Job Requirements/Experience:

* Experience required: 6 months

* Maintaining a 4.8 or higher client rating with WeClean

* Prove proficiency in time management and thoroughness of scheduled cleanings

* Has demonstrated leadership qualities and skills

+ Initiates roles when working with fellow cleaners

+ Notices details and when a job isnt done to WeCleans standards takes the initiative to make it right

+ Coaches and encourages fellow cleaners to do their best work

+ Maintains excellent rapport with co-workers, clients, and WeClean corporate staff

- (Leave behinds, personality, kindness, caring)

* Has taken the initiative to be in constant communication with Cleaner Manager:

+ Gives constructive feedback for clients and houses

+ Provides new booking notes/instructions as an added tool for fellow cleaners

+ Gives timely communication of issues that arise

* Is able to systematize new houses efficiently

* Understands WeCleans cleaning protocol

* Follows expectations lined out in WeClean policies

* Self-motivated to learn and integrate new ideas to the WeClean training system

* Teachable and able to teach new cleaners (especially for cleaners with little to no experience)

* Able to build strong and trusting connections with fellow cleaners
