**Customer Support - Inventory Specialist**

**What we need:**

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage manufacturer catalog information on our clients' websites.

Inventory Specialist responsibilities include management of manufacturer catalog information displayed on clients' websites, auditing the accuracy of manufacturer catalog information, and assisting with ongoing process improvements and custom solutions. Our ideal candidate has basic project management and data entry skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with a data team in order to maintain current and accurate data for our manufacturer catalogs. Previous experience with as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

Ultimately, a successful Inventory Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date manufacturer catalog information for our dealers.

**Essential Functions:**

* Compile, verify accuracy and sort catalog updates according to priorities

* Take requests from various in-house departments for modifications to manufacturer catalog subscriptions

* Ensure that manufacturer catalogs are displaying up to date and accurate information

* Ensure that all manufacturer catalog processes follow proper procedure from inception to resolution.

* Assist in various team projects for custom solutions or process improvements

* Assist other departments by improving their understanding of inventory processes

* Additional duties from time to time, as assigned by management

**Education & Experience:**

* Strong critical thinking / troubleshooting / problem solving skills / attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Enjoy technical challenges and working to develop creative solutions

* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with varying in-house departments

* Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work alone or on a team

* Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

* Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools and practices preferred.
