Come join our Global Finance department as a billing specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing, regular maintenance of billing accounts, and customer data integrity in our systems.
About The Role
- Handle customer invoicing in our logistics and finance systems
- Provide any information needed by the customers or internal orders in a timely manner
- Take part in the company's monthly Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely sales order processing
- Process internal requests for customer data changes
- Register and reconcile collection from customers
Requirements
- Experience in a Billing role - advantage
- Experienced with Excel- MUST
- Strong English and Hebrew skills - both in writing and verbal - MUST
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to manage routine tasks repeatedly and identify improvement opportunities
- Ability to follow directions, meet strict deadlines, work independently, and show flexibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
