Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Client Services Escalation Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Beaverton, OR (Remote). The candidate will be expected to analyze trends within escalations and maintain high attention to detail.

Rate Range: $19/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Client Services Escalation Analyst job responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to escalations, demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Researching complex claimant inquiries and process issues, and communicating findings with project teams, claimants, and operational departments.
  • Developing FAQs and identifying deficiencies to reduce future escalations.
  • Assisting in the creation of operating standards to ensure consistent service across escalation teams.
  • Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment between client services and other departments.
  • Managing work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
  • Analyzing trends within escalations to identify recurring issues and implement improvements.

Desired Qualifications:
  • College degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, high-volume Administrative Assistant, or closely related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear, concise written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, and strong analytical skills.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
