Job Description

Mountain View Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Physical Therapy. The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility, as well as focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing the facility and staff development.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow and have autonomy to manage a clinic in a supportive environment back by USPh where your performance will be respected and rewarded with profit sharing and ownership.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience within a private clinic or hospital setting preferred but open to new graduates who are eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment
  • Previous supervisory and marketing responsibility preferred
  • Current state of Oregon license, CPR certification

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000- $110,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
