Our client supports several leading regional brands in the elevator and escalator MRO sector representing the nation's largest independent, non-union provider of maintenance, repair, and modernization services for all major brands of elevator equipment. As a combined organization, they employ the finest technicians in the industry who service customers in 58 markets across 24 states. In this role, the Account Manager will support the existing customer base in the Southern Florida market and will collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients. You will be given a book of business to maintain and grow. This not a cold-calling role, but hunting and seeking referral business is encouraged.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Generates sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling

- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers

- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts

- Ensures that clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion

- Communicates client needs and demands to management

- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

- Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals, while meeting company goals

- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients

- Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service

- Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines

- Keeps records of client transactions

- Performs other duties as assigned

Base salary, $120K - $140K including annual commissions, $600/month car allowance, mileage, company cell phone, laptop, and full benefits.
