Department Summary Facilities Services is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and construction of the college campus, to provide the physical environment in which instruction and learning takes place. The department supports the education and administration of approximately 3,400 students, faculty and staff. The Facilities Services department employs 25 full time workers and up to 6 part time students. The campus includes 14 major buildings encompassing 850,000 square feet. Campus utility systems include natural gas, electricity, domestic water, heating and cooling water, sanitary and storm sewers, telephone and data cabling.
