Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Oracle PFM/PPM expert passionate about revenue management and project financials? Join a high-impact team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Project Financials and Portfolio Management solutions for a complex enterprise environment.

What You ll Do:
  • Lead implementations, enhancements, and support of Oracle Project Financials (PFM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
  • Design and configure revenue recognition and billing processes in line with ASC 606 and contract terms.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions for project accounting, costing, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Configure and manage revenue rules, budgets, billing methods, and integrations with GL, Contracts, and Order Management.
  • Enable strategic project decision-making through dashboard reporting, analytics, and portfolio-level insights.
  • Provide hands-on training, documentation, and support for finance and business users.
  • Stay ahead of Oracle updates to continuously improve system functionality and compliance.

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PFM and PPM implementations and support.
  • Expertise in revenue recognition standards (ASC 606, IFRS 15) and practical application within Oracle.
  • Deep functional understanding of the project lifecycle, especially the financial and compliance aspects.
  • Proven ability to configure Oracle Billing, Costing, and Forecasting modules to align with complex contract structures.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills able to simplify complex processes.
  • Experience with data migration, systems integration, and creating functional design/test documentation.
  • Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.

Bonus Points for:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with OBIEE or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Industry background in Leasing, Engineering & Construction, Professional Services, or High Tech.
