Description:

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager . This is an exempt remote position in support of a government customer out of the DMV.

Responsibilities:

The PM serves as the primary POC and is responsible for providing management and oversight for the contract and project management support. The PM develops work plans, reports, performs quality checks, and oversees continuous improvement. The PM manages the deployment of all program criteria and interacts with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership. Responsibilities include program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing, and team building. The PM identifies opportunities to provide additional services, assists in developing management plans, procedures, and methodologies, and supports accounting operations, including research into discrepancies and cleanup efforts. This is an exempt position supporting the government customer out of the DMV, primarily remote with occasional onsite reporting.

Experience Required:

  • Serving as the Contractor's main point of contact and overall performance.
  • Leading software development efforts implementing Agile methodologies with expertise in cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned project development and implementation, acting as a single point of contact.
  • Taking projects from initial concept through final implementation.
  • Interfacing with end users, computer services, and client services.
  • Defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conducting project meetings, tracking, and analysis.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
  • Managing vendor tasks and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Providing strategic, technical, and analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Advising senior leadership on IT strategies and recommending solutions.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • BA in Information Management or IT-related focus, or MBA in Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Minimum 7 years with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Experience with HHS and/or AHRC.
  • PMP/PMI certification.
  • Scrum Master certification.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Quality certifications (ITIL or others).
