The Executive Director oversees and directs the day-to-day functions and efficient operations of the Community, in accordance with all federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, and all company policies and procedures. This role also ensures the highest quality of care for residents, while maintaining the communitys financial stability, and creating a harmonious working environment for all team members.
