As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will:

1. Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers while assessing their technology needs.
2. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology products and services to offer comprehensive solutions.
3. Act promptly to address customer requests and concerns in a friendly manner.
4. Help the Tech department achieve key performance metrics, including maintaining profitable sales.
5. Flexibly adapt to various roles and responsibilities, such as cashiering, merchandising, and assisting with returns.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store demands
• Strong customer service background
• Proven ability to engage with customers and address their needs
• Collaborative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict in a calm and cooperative manner
• Integrity in managing customer and business information
• Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10 - 50 pounds, climb ladders, and be on your feet continuously

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in selling products or services
