Job Details

The Social Services Case Worker is responsible to the Oregon Service Extension Field Representative for the various social service programs rendered from the Klamath Falls Service Center. Maintain strict confidentiality of clients, logs, case files, record keeping. Maintain accurate records. Prepare required statistical reports as required. Adhere to Klamath/ Lake Counties Food Bank Protocols. Recruit and direct volunteers & their activities. Participate in seasonal fund-raising efforts. Participate in Emergency Disaster Response Activities as required. Other related duties as assigned. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace, waiting areas, food bank area and outside parking lot. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interview clients; assess needs and ability to meet those needs. Answer phones and respond to emails in timely manner.
