What We're Looking For:

As an Operations Support Engineer at Datavant, you will own customer issues from report to resolution, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions. You will proactively identify and address potential customer pain points and escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures.

What You Will Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Research and identify solutions to software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and configuration.
  • Track issues through to resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer operations.
  • Utilize internal or external resources to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Log all issues and solutions properly.
  • Manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Follow up to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
  • Learn and work with emerging technologies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and developers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $58,000-$72,000.
