Location: Remote across North America (with preferred hubs in North America such as Dallas, Austin, New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta). Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of Custom Application offerings and provide subject matter expertise within the Applications Platform team.
  • Develop and implement overall strategy and tailored offerings based on market trends and client needs.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with clients mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to bring subject matter expertise to clients and ensure organizational objectives are met.
  • Articulate a compelling value proposition to clients and create a compelling deal vision through active listening and storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other organizations.
  • PreSales, deal strategy, solution development, and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in consulting or IT services sales; 8+ years of experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in professional services; minimum 5 years in Custom Application Development, Application Architecture, Cloud Migration & Legacy Modernization; 10+ years of cross-industry experience with strong technology/operations understanding.
  • Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; proven experience leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities; ability to engage with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations; excellent leadership and communication skills; strategic thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities; broad business experience driving deal shaping and origination; ability to interact with senior leadership at client and internal stakeholders.
Location & Compensation

Location: North America preferred hubs include Dallas, Austin, New York, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta. This remote role offers a compensation range of $139,000 $230,000, with actual pay based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
