The Financial Aid Department part of Strategic Enrollment Management. The department oversees Federal, State and Institutional Aid.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate's degree required with related experience.
• Minimum two years of customer service or student services experience.
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
