Customer Service Associate - Lot

As a Customer Service Associate in our Lot department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with loading their vehicles to ensure their purchases are transported safely.
• Monitoring and maintaining the entrance to the store to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensuring there is a sufficient supply of carts available near the entrance for customer convenience.

In this position, you will interact regularly with both Home Depot associates and customers, making excellent customer service skills essential. As you are often the first and last point of contact for customers as they enter and exit the store, your friendly and helpful demeanor will have a significant impact on their overall experience.
