Office Manager

A local Counseling Office is looking for an experienced Office Manager!

Our client is a leading outpatient behavioral health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals facing mental health challenges in Klamath Falls.

Office Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.67 to $ 28.50 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 01:00pm)

• Oversee administrative functions
• Coordinate Provider schedules
• Handle HR functions including onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, manage payroll process
• Front Desk & Patient Support
• Billing, Coding & Claims Management
• Other duties as assigned

Office Manager Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or mental health clinic
• Proficiency in SimplePractice or similar software
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing procedures & insurance verification
• Experience with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing best practices
• Excellent administrative skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
