NOW HIRING: Roofing Estimator
Base Salary: $32,000 + Commission
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Local, well-established business

We're seeking a detail-oriented Roofing Estimator to join a reputable local roofing company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, analyzing project needs, and preparing accurate bids.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site roofing inspections and measurements
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and material lists
• Communicate with customers regarding project details and pricing
• Collaborate with the roofing team to ensure project accuracy and timelines
• Maintain records of estimates, customer interactions, and job status
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Prior roofing or construction estimating experience is preferred
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to read plans, specs, and roof layouts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency (estimating software experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license

Compensation:

• $32K base salary + commission (earnings grow with performance)
