Duties

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details
  • Assist clients with account information, billing questions, and service requests via phone or chat
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
  • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or surveys
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to document interactions and manage workflow effectively
  • Perform cash handling procedures accurately when required during transactions
  • Demonstrate analysis skills to identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, professional phone etiquette
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with typing skills
  • Experience with outbound calling, sales, or analysis is advantageous
