Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized reports for market performance metrics and create dashboards for leadership review
• Execute data pulls from various systems to support market analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
• Perform day-to-day market management tasks, including program operations and documentation maintenance
• Assist with ad hoc projects and provide operational support for strategic market initiatives
• Coordinate and execute high-impact projects, focusing on contract cross-selling and campaign implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus 1-2 years of related experience in operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau for reporting and analytics
• Ability to travel up to 10% for team retreats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations or value-based care
