The All We Can Save Project is a nonprofit focused on climate education and leadership development, with a unique, heart-centered approach. Who we're seeking: The All We Can Save Project is looking for an accomplished, proactive, and thoughtful Programs Lead (30hr/week), reporting directly to the Head of Programs. This remote role will primarily support our Climate Wayfinding offerings, communications via our digital channels, and funding related initiatives. This is a term position beginning March 2, 2026, with a planned ramp-down in September 2026 and potential for extension.
As a startup, we're looking for someone who can flow with the intentional yet emergent nature of our work, hold a variety of projects/tasks with joy and attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with team members and other partners. Climate knowledge and passion are vital for this role, and we'll be looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in program design and delivery, as well as communication.
