Customer Service Representative

This hourly position reports to the Credit and Collection Manager and is responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and to any walk in traffic. This position will also provide support for the data entry and administrative needs of the AR Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk in traffic

Running credit on potentially new customers.

Answer questions customers may have regarding their account via phone and email

Enter new AR accounts into Cargas and scan the applications daily

Process payments and post to customer AR accounts

Process returned mail and contact customers to get updated addresses

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the AR Department with other tasks as needed

Assist other departments with tasks as time allows

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Valid Oregon Driver's License

Position is contingent on individual passing a pre-employment drug screen

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

High School diploma and at least two years' experience providing excellent customer service.
