Position Summary
This position performs a wide range of office support duties for various departmental units within the College ofETM. In addition to routine office administration duties, this position also is responsible for departmental purchasing, coordinating departmental travel and event arrangements, and providing budget support including account reconciliation and reporting. This position also provides general support for faculty and students in their respective building(s) and department(s).
Minimum Requirements
Experience providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar software.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in team situations.
Ability to effectively and respectfully work, communicate, and collaborate in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using BannerFIS.
Experience working in higher education.
