Location: Marlborough, MA

Position: Full-Time | In-Person

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every customer receives the high-quality experience Endless Energy is known for. Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments

- Make outbound calls to follow up with new and existing customers

- Coordinate technician schedules and manage appointment calendars

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery

- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up communication

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields) is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Comfortable working with technology, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or scheduling systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- A self-motivated team player who is adaptable, dependable, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment

- Must possess excellent time management, ability to work with or without supervision

- Must be prompt with all appointments
