At Semper Solaris, we're looking for a Retention Specialist (Save Desk) who can step in when customers are on the verge of canceling and turn those moments into wins, for the customer and the company. You'll work exclusively with warm, existing customers who have already signed but are reconsidering. Your job is to understand their concerns, reinforce value, and confidently guide them back to moving forward.

• Two (2)+ years of inside sales, retention, or save desk experience (solar or home services strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to save deals, overcome objections, and close under pressure
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can control a conversation
• Resilient mindset, you don't take "no" at face value
