Pay Rate: $60.00 - 65.00/Hr
Requirements:
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification required, or significant experience as Project Manager (PMP)
- Working on large scale system integration programs with oversight of multiple parallel projects aligned toward a singular goal
- Significant experience working in federal, state and/or local government environments
- Significant experience communicating with C-level clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to debate, dialogue, negotiate, influence and work with both internal and external stakeholders collaboratively and constructively
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a high-paced environment with evolving requirements due to high demand, political influences, etc. This is fast paced deadline driven program with implications to addressing public safety concerns.
- Expertise developing and implementing PMPs and KPIs with expertise in Scope Management and Cost Management - a must have for this role.
- Proficient in various toolsets such as Power Platform, MS Office, SharePoint, etc)
- Ability to motivate and educate teams to produce high quality outcomes and documentation.
