A company is looking for a Clinical Resource Manager to support the growth of clinical resources for case management.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate prioritization and escalation of clinical case management positions in collaboration with various departmentsIdentify and document developmentplans for clinical case management team members to ensure competencyAct as a liaison for referral placement and assist in determining capacity limits for the clinical case management teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; RN licensure preferredMinimum 7 years of experience in managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions with CCM certification requiredPrior experience in recruiting, candidate selection, and training preferredIntermediate computer skills, including MS Office and distance learning toolsAwareness of legal regulations impacting patient care management and case management standards
