A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel specializing in MedTech.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on sales-side commercial contracting and technology transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including SaaS and licensing arrangementsProvide guidance on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) transactions and related contractual considerationsQualifications:Experience supporting medical device and/or digital health companiesStrong background in sales-side technology transactionsFamiliarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)Knowledge of HIPAA and U.S. state privacy laws in a transactional contextUnderstanding of healthcare compliance considerations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute
