A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, SOPs, and release notesReview and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and effectivenessCollaborate with subject matter experts to produce detailed technical specifications and translate complex concepts into understandable languageQualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or similar field3 - 4 years of experience in technical writing or procedural writingFamiliarity with CMS and version control programs, preferably GitBasic understanding of RESTful API standards, including JSON outputExperience with B2B SaaS industry standards and Agile workflows is a plus
