A company is looking for a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to support afternoon operations in a remote capacity.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and track domestic freight shipments from pickup to deliveryMonitor active loads and provide real-time updates on shipment statusManage and verify documentation such as BOLs, PODs, manifests, and invoicesRequired Qualifications:Familiarity with key logistics terms and documents: BOL, POD, manifest, ETA, lumper fee, etcExperience working with TMS systems or similar platforms preferredBasic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, copying/pasting)Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently in a remote setting
