A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage client communications and relationships in the healthcare benefits sector.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with partners and employees to implement and maintain healthcare arrangements and cost containment initiativesManage post-implementation relationships with broker partners, sales teams, and clientsProvide best-practice advice and recommendations based on client and broker engagement experiencesRequired Qualifications:4+ years' experience in a client-facing account management roleKnowledge of health insurance and/or self-insuranceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredAbility to manage relationships in a consultative roleExperience in managing multiple projects with minimal supervision
