A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparation of financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, improve processes, and support business needsIdentify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline accounting processes and enhance data accuracyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred4+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and close processesExperience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve accounting workflowsExperience in a fast-paced Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
