A company is looking for a Sr Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and manage clinical site contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with guidelinesTrack contract progression and manage amendments or terminations throughout the study lifecycleSupport resolution of contract and budget issues and maintain documentation in appropriate systemsRequired QualificationsMasters degree OR Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience OR Associates degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experienceRecent contract and budget negotiation experience in a clinical trial setting within the last 3 yearsActive involvement in negotiation of various contract types (CTA, CDA, Master Agreements, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
