A company is looking for a Project Evaluator to conduct a final evaluation of a project aimed at strengthening societal resilience to disinformation in Moldova.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the final evaluation, including developing an inception report and evaluation methodologyConduct a thorough desk review and mixed-methods data collection, including interviews and surveysPrepare and submit evaluation reports, incorporating stakeholder feedback and ensuring ethical standards are metRequired QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master's or PhD) in social sciences, evaluation, communications, international relations, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in conducting evaluations of donor-funded or development projectsExperience in designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluationsFamiliarity with the political and civil society landscape in Moldova or similar contextsProficiency in relevant data analysis tools and fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian and/or Russian is advantageous
