We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for the care and custody of juveniles in a juvenile detention facility. The position involves maintaining facility security, supervising juvenile activities, and ensuring their well-being in a structured environment. A pre-employment drug screen and DHS Criminal History Background Check are required for employment. Key Responsibilities:Ensure facility security by controlling access, operating surveillance, and conducting security checks. Supervise juvenile movements and activities, maintaining discipline and providing guidance. Conduct welfare checks every 30 minutes, ensuring juveniles' health and safety. Assist juveniles in accessing medical care, legal services, and personal needs. Write behavior and incident reports; log evaluations of juveniles' behavior.
