Del Taco - - Responsibilities: Recruiting, hiring, and retaining all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report; Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times; Deliver the Brand to everyone the Del Taco Way by executing standards and using processes 100% of the time; Achieve or exceed Sales plan by assisting the General Manager in identifying sales goals and increasing customer count; Maintaining staffing levels and inventory to align with sales and control costs
