Choose Your Practice Path Feature Pediatric Physician (Outpatient Focus) Pediatric Hybrid Hospitalist The Mix 4 days Clinic + 1 Admin day 1 week Inpatient Call / 2 weeks Clinic Clinical Scope Primary care with 1:5 inpatient call Neonatal/Peds rounds & outpatient care Annual Salary $280,800 $280,800 Sign-on Bonus $75,000 $75,000 Teaching Work with Family Medicine Residents Work with Family Medicine Residents The Facility: Maternal & Child Health Excellence You will be the backbone of a comprehensive pediatric service line, supporting a robust department that includes:

• Family Birthing Center: 15 beds designed for patient comfort and safety.
• Specialized Nurseries: Level 1 Well-Baby and Level 2 Special Care nurseries.
• Inpatient Pediatrics: Shared with Med/Surg inpatient unit
• Academic Environment: Provide one-on-one mentorship to Family Medicine residents in both neonatal and inpatient settings.
