Warehouse Worker

This role supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, assisting with the installation of casitas and tents, and performing general warehouse duties in an environment. The position requires regular lifting, basic computer use, and collaboration with team members to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of casitas and tents, following instructions and safety guidelines.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and loading materials and products.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, including lifting items weighing up to 65 pounds as needed.
• Operate basic warehouse tools and hand tools to complete installation and material handling tasks.
• Use basic computer skills to support warehouse activities, such as tracking orders or documenting work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily assignments and meet productivity goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly.
• Support additional warehouse tasks and projects as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds comfortably and repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
• Experience with picking, packing, and loading in a warehouse environment.
• Material handling experience, including moving, staging, and organizing products.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for installation and general tasks.
• Basic computer skills to assist with warehouse operations and documentation.

Work Environment

You will work primarily on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
