Under the general supervision and direction of the Director of Annual Giving, the Development Operations Manager oversees and manages all Development data entry, processes, and reporting, as well as developing and implementing new processes as needed to improve fundraising effectiveness and efficiency.
The Development Operations Manager will lead the systems, data, and compliance that supports both PPGNHAIK and PPAA fundraising programs. This role has primary ownership of the Raiser's Edge database, including administration, reporting, dashboard development, and data integrity, and directly supervises two Database Specialists and a Prospect Researcher. The Manager serves as the team's subject-matter expert on data governance, gift processing, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises Database Specialists and Prospect Researcher, or similar positions. Provides daily work direction, approves time sheets, administers performance reviews, and participates in employment decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: $64,677 - $110,000 - Annually
Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, geographic location, and the budgeted hiring range established for the position.
