Location: Remote Duration: 32 weeks Hours: M-F 8-5 Must have: 3-5 years of Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan (MAPD) experience The ideal candidate will have experience with State (CA Client) and CMS files and have knowledge of basic principles of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and billing procedures. This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to: investigating payment discrepancies, resolving member inquiries, understanding enrollment operations, Medicare membership enrollment, and reconciliation.
