Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project objectives, creating and managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and tracking progress against milestones. The role involves managing communications among stakeholders, preparing status reports, and facilitating meetings to resolve issues and maintain alignment. The Project Manager will also work closely with operations, technology, and business partners to streamline processes and support continuous improvement. This is a full-time, remote role.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of project-related materials, information, and approvals.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality control, compliance, and project standards.
  • Background in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple teams or locations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects or work streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, engineering, or a related field; relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
  • Experience working in or with financial services or other regulated industries is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and collaboration.
