Job Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Account Manager to build and manage relationships with US-based clients and recruiting partners.

The role involves client acquisition, account management, recruiter partner coordination, and driving successful placements through Hyring's recruiting marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new US-based clients with active hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and manage them through the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and manage relationships with freelance recruiting partners who can support client requirements.
• Match client roles with suitable recruiting partners based on their expertise and experience.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Generate new clients through direct outreach, networking, recruiter referrals, and existing relationships.
• Drive successful placements and contribute to monthly business and revenue targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and generate repeat hiring opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US recruitment, staffing, recruitment sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment market.
• Experience communicating directly with US clients or hiring managers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to generate new business and manage client accounts independently.
• Existing US client or recruiter network will be a strong advantage.

Commission & Earning Potential

• Earn up to 65% of Hyring's 14% placement fee for every successful full-time placement.
• For example, if a candidate is placed at an annual CTC of $75,000, the client fee at 14% would be $10,500, and the recruiting partner can earn up to $6,825 per successful placement.
• In addition, earn 1% of the candidate's annual CTC as a referral commission for introducing a new US client to Hyring.
• The 1% client referral commission is paid on every successful placement from the referred client account, creating an opportunity for recurring earnings from long-term client relationships.
• Higher partner tiers and performance-based incentives may provide opportunities for enhanced earning potential.
