Temporary Quality Assurance SpecialistLocation: Klamath Falls, ORSchedule: Full-TimeAssignment: Approximately 90 days, with potential to extend based on project needsPay: $33+/hr DOEExpress Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist to support a local healthcare organization with quality, compliance, and administrative projects.This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with healthcare policies and documentation, and enjoys helping improve systems and processes.What You'll DoSupport quality assurance, compliance, and risk management projectsHelp organize and maintain policies, procedures, forms, and other documentationAssist with moving and centralizing training materials into MedTrainerHelp build, organize, and update forms and workflows in Monday.comCollect, organize, track, and report quality and operational informationAssist with audits, accreditation preparation, documentation, and follow-upTrack complaints, incidents, corrective actions, and other quality-related itemsAssist with updating and organizing policies and proceduresHelp coordinate training and quality-related activitiesPrepare reports, summaries, and other documentation for leadershipWork with staff and leadership across departments to help improve processes and keep projects movingPerform general administrative and project-based tasks as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, business, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, healthcare operations, administration, or a related areaStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with data, documents, policies, and spreadsheetsProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComfortable learning and working in technology platforms and databasesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a teamAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information professionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience in Tribal healthcare, Indian Health Service (IHS), FQHC, or community-based healthcareExperience with healthcare quality or accreditationExperience with MedTrainer, Monday.com, or similar platformsExperience organizing policies, procedures, forms, or training programsKnowledge of quality improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSACPHQ, Lean, or similar certificationAssignment DetailsThis is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 90 days, with the possibility of an extension depending on project needs.The ideal candidate will be someone who can come in, quickly understand existing processes, bring organization to projects, build out systems, centralize information, and help get important quality and compliance projects completed.Additional Requirements: Selected candidates must meet applicable healthcare and organizational requirements, including background screening, confidentiality requirements, TB testing and immunization requirements, and mandatory reporting requirements.Indian and Tribal Preference applies. Documentation must be provided with the application to qualify for preference.
